Unlike contract projects (which deliver specific products by set deadlines) or our course (which is education), the retainer gives you flexible, on-demand support as your needs evolve throughout the year.

Pricing Philosophy
Our grassroots rates (typically 40-50% discount) ensure community-based organizations can access the same high-quality support.
Our standard rates reflect the expertise we bring: Lived expertise in navigating multiple systems, educational research training, and proven success in building collective data infrastructures in many fields.
We also offer payment plans, grant-funded payment schedules, and scholarship spots in our course.
